BMR Calculation for Women
BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)
- Multiply your current weight by 4.35.
- Multiply your height in inches by 4.7.
- Multiply your age in years by 4.7.
- Now, you would take 655 + A + B – C = ______.
- This number represents your BMR.
BMR Calculation for Men
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in years)
- Multiply your current weight by 6.23.
- Multiply your height in inches by 12.7.
- Multiply your age in years by 6.8.
- Now, you would take 66 + A + B – C = _______.
This number represents your BMR. Create a Calorie Deficit Based on Your Unique BMR. That means we will have to consume less calories than our BMR. We recommend 15% - 30% reduction from your daily BMR. To keep your calories low and still feel full, focus on protein-based meals with vegetables (e.g. protein-based salads - chicken salad, steak salad, etc.).

After your 21 days are up, you will have noticed a pleasant reduction in body fat.
